Section 16, The Nurses Rules

Every person registered by virtue of the followingqualifications, that is to say, every person registered as, or possessing the qualifications entitling him or her to registration as,
a Mental Nurse in the United Kingdom, shall be entered in the
supplementary part of the Register for Mental Nurses as a
qualified Registered Mental Nurse and shall be entitled to use
such designation.
