Section 18, The Nurses Rules

Every person registered by virtue of the followingqualifications, that is to say, every person holding a valid certificate of competency in sick children's nursing issued by the
Board on being satisfied by a report of the Director as to such
person's character and competency, shall be entered in the
supplementary part of the Register for Sick Children's Nurses
as a Qualified Sick Children's Nurse and shall be entitled to
use such designation.
