Every person enrolled in accordance with section 7 (c) of Certifi~dthe Ordinance shall be entered in the supplementary part ~~~~~~sus Auxiliary Roll for Infectious Diseases Attendants as a Certified Attendant. Unqualified person not to be registered or enrolled. Application for registration or enrolment. Registration fees.
