Ordinance to be given to the Board by any Supervisory Authority engaging an enrolled person to practise nursing shall contain the following particulars- (a) the person's number on the Auxiliary Roll; (b) the part of the Auxiliary Roll in which the person is enrolled; (c) the date of enrolment; (d) the surname and christian or other names in full; (e) the name of the Supervisory Authority and the nature of work for which the enrolled person is to be engaged.
