Section 43, The Nurses Rules

No nurse or nursing assistant or attendant may betrained in the practice of nursing otherwise than at one of the
hospitals prescribed by Rule 42 of these Rules and otherwise
than under and in accordance with the terms and conditions
specified in such Rule and the Fifth Schedule hereto.
