Section 50, The Nurses Rules

Applications for entry to the examinations of the Boardshall be made as follows- (a) (i) candidates in Government Service wishing to enter for examination must have their names submitted to the Secretary of the Board at least one month before the date of the examination. Application forms will then be sent to the candidates and these must be returned not later than two weeks before the date of the examination; (ii) the application shall be :made in Form Y in the First Schedule to these Rules; (b) (i) candidates not in Government Service must apply in writing to the Secretary of the Board not later than eight weeks before the date of the examination. Forms of application will then be sent to the candidates and these must be returned not later than four weeks before the date of the examination; (ii) the applications shall be made in the appropri~te forms set out in Form Y of the First Schedule to these Rules.
