Section 52, The Nurses Rules

(I) Any pupil nurse who fails to pass his final qualifying ~::::~~~1 ofe:x:arnination as the case may be within five years of his name pupil nurses being entered in the Index of pupil nurses shall have his name from Index. removed from such Index and shall cease to be a pupil nurse unless such pupil nurse satisfies the Board that such failure was not due to his personal default. (2) The Board may order the removal of any pupil nurse from such Index if the Board is satisfied that the conduct of such pupil nurse_ is such that he will not be a fit person to become a registered nurse.
