(1) The certificate of removal of a person from the Register issued in accordance with the provisions of section 13
(d) of the Ordinance shall be in FormE in the First Schedule to
these Rules.
(2) The certificate of removal of a person from the Auxiliary
Roll issued in accordance with the provisions of section 13 (d)
of the Ordinance shall be in Form F in the Schedule to these
