(1) The Council rna y from time to time make, amend orrevoke Standing Orders not inconsistent with the provisions of
this Ordinance, to ensure due notice being given to members of
the meetings of the Council and to regulate the proceedings of
the Council or the Standing Scientific Committee appointed in
accordance with the provisions of sub-section (I) of section 8
of this Ordinance or of any Committee of the Council.
(2) The Standing Orders for the time being in force shall be
followed and observed and shall be binding upon the Council,
the Standing Scientific Committee and any Committee of the
