Section 15, Cap 155

(1) The Council shall cause to be prepared not later than Ac~oun:tthe 30th day of June in each year or as soon as rnay be thereafter an au 1 • and in any case not later than the 28th day of September- (a) a statement showing in detail the items of income and expenditure for the year ending on the 31st day of March immediately preceding; and (b) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Council as they stood on the 31st day of March immediately preceding. (2) Such statements shall be audited and published in such manner as the Council, subject to any direction which may from time to time be given by the Secretary of State, may direct. pART IV.-MISCELLANEOUS.
