Section 2 (2): In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-

" the Council " means the West Mrican Council for Medical
Research established by section 3 of this Ordinance; " the West
African Territories " means the Gambia, the Gold Coast,
Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
