Section 17: Th(:l Governor, upon the direction of the Secretary of
Status not yet checkedThe West Mrican Institute for Trypanosomiasis Research (Sierra Leone Status) Ordinance, Sierra Leone
State, may by order declare that the Committee and Institute,
as established by this Ordinance, shall be dissolved and cease
to exist as from a date to be specified in the order, and thereupon
any balance of the funds of the Committee, including the
capital assets, remaining at such date shall be disposed of and
applied as may be directed by the Secretary of State.
