P.N. 104 of 1954. 22 of 1956. 36 of 1958. 111 of 1959. 1. These rules may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank Citation Rules, and shall apply to the Colony and Protectorate. 2. In these rules unless the context otherwise requires- " Savings Bank Officer" includes every public officer who may from time to time perform any duties connected with the Savings Bank. Interpretation. "The Savings Bank" or" Saving bank" means the Sierra Leone Post Office Savings Bank constituted and appointed under the Post Office Savings Bank Ordinance, and includes Cap. 161. any Saving Bank established under the Post Office Savings Bank Ordinance. "Schedule" means the Schedule to these Rules~ " depositor's book " means a numbered book which is supplied to a depositor when making a first deposit or to any book issued in substitution therefor.
