Section 18, The Post Office Savings Bank (Rate of Interest) Order

Any depositor wishing to withdraw the whole or part of Proc~d~rethe sum deposited by him, exceeding the sum of five pounds :a;;ls~ and not exceeding five hundred pounds, shall give two clear days notice to the Postmaster General, such notice to be as in Form 0 in the Schedule. Fourteen clear days notice may be required for withdrawal exceeding five hundred pounds. Such withdrawals may be made at any Post Office or Postal Agency as the depositor rna y desire.
