Office, Freetown, shall attend at the said Post Office and hand the Savings Bank officer an application as in Form CorD as the case may be, and shall at the same time pay a fee of sixpence which he shall affix to the form in uncancelled postage stamps, and if such application is in order a w1~nant for the amount required shall be handed to the depositor.
