Section 14, The West Mrican Cocoa Research Institute (Sierra Leone Status) Ordinance

(1) The Committee shall cause to be prepared not later than the Account<! 31st day of May in each year- and audit. (a) a statement showing in detail the items of income, expenditure and profit or loss of the Institute for the year ending on the 31st day of March immediately preceding; and Acquisition of land. Cap. 186] West African Cocoa Research Institute (b) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Institute as they stood on the 31st day of March immediately preceding. (2) Such statements shall be audited and published in such manner as the Committee, subject to any directions which from time to time may be given by the Secretary of State, may direct.
