Section 11, Cap 194

Where the Court has reasonable cause to believe that anyperson has been guilty of a breach of this Ordinance, the Court may issue a warrant authorising the officer named therein to search any baggage, packages, wagons, tents, buildings, or caravans belonging to such person, and if the officer shall find any animal, whether dead or alive, or any trophy, he shall seize and take the same before the Court to be dealt with according to law.
