Section 40, Cap 196

(1) The lessee of a mining lease who shall have paid allrents, royalties and other payments to be made by him under tbis Ordinance or under the terms of his lease may, within one month after the expiration or other determination of his lease, remove all or any of the plant, buildings or other property of the lessee.
