Section 94, Cap 196

Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall in any wayaffect the mining concessions which were, before the first day of January, 1929, granted to the African and Eastern Trade Corporation, Limited, by the Tribal Authority of the Marampa Chiefdom in the Protectorate; but the said concessions, and all matters relating to the validity thereof and the obligations, liabilities and rights thereunder or consequent thereon shall be determined and governed by and in accordance with the provisions of the Concessions Ordinance.
