Section 15: Nothing in the Minerals Ordinance contained shall entitle the

Government to revoke the First or Second Licence or any mining lease or the Permanent Lease granted to the Company in pursuance of this Agreement Provided that if there shall be any breach of the terms of the l!'irst or Second Licences or of any mining lease or of the Permanent Lease granted in pursuance of this Agreement and the same shall not be remedied within six months after notice to remedy such breach has been given the Company shall be liable in damages for such breach.
