Section 22, The Tonkolili Agreement Ordinance

Rule 40 (4) of the Minerals Rules shall not preclude the Company ~from demanding and receiving rents at such rates and subject to such conditions as may be approved by the Government in respect of the occupation by labourers or others of huts or houses constructed by or at the cost of the Company within the area of any mining lease or the Permanent Lease granted to the Company in pursuance of this Agreement.
