Section 26, The Tonkolili Agreement Ordinance

Neither the Governor of Sierra Leone nor the Crown Agents norany officer of the Government shall be in any wise personally bound or liable for the acts or obligations of the Government or the Crown Agents or any of them under this Agreement or be answerable for any default or omission in the observance or performance of any of the acts obligations matters or things herein contained.
