Section 3, in England under the Companies Act, 1929, and its successors

The Agreement set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby Crfirmationratified and confirmed, and the terms of the said Agreement ~greement. shall prevail over any public or private rights or interests which may exist or can be claimed over the waters of the Rokel River, and all rights and obligations that purported to be conferred or imposed by the said Agreement are hereby declared to be valid any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
