Section 14, The Diamond Supple- Short title

THE Crown Agents for the Colonies enter into this Agreement intheir official capacity and as Agents for the purpose of binding the Government and no person on behalf of the Crown Agents for the Colonies nor any officer or member of the Government shall personally be in any way liable for or in respect of any matter or thing hereby made obligatory on the Crown Agents for the Colonies or the Government.
