Section 18, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

(I) Every owner shall ensure that at all places where Lights.machinery is erected, in the proximity of which persons may be working or moving about, such adequate light exists or is provided whereby the external moving parts of such machinery are clearly distinguished. (2} Where night work is required at any works the owner thereof shall provide adequate stationary lights therein.
