Section 23, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

Where an examination or test of machinery is to takeplace as provided by the preceding rule the owner shall ensure that all parts of the machinery are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for such examination or test and, if so required by an Machinery (Safe Working & Inspection) [Cap. 218 1849 Inspector, in accordance with such instructions as the Inspector rnay see fit to give in respect thereto.
