Section 3, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

(1) Every owner shall have in his possession a printedcopy of these rules, and, for the purpose of making known the provisions thereof to all persons employed on or about machinery, an abstract of the portions of these rules directly concerning such persons shall be displayed at suitable places at the works, where it may conveniently be read. (2} No person shall remove, destroy or deface any abstract of these rules when displayed in accordance with this rule.
