Section 66, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

Where personal injury immediately results in the deathof the person injured, the place where the accident occurred shall, after the removal of the injured person, be left precisely as it was i~ediately after the accident until an Inspector or the District Commissioner has visited it and examined it: provided that, unless the discontinuance of work may endanger the lives of other persons or seriously impede the working, work shall not be resumed at such place without the prior approval of an Inspector.
