Section 68, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

No person shall, without reasonable cause, fail to complywith the terms of any summons of an Inspector as provided by the preceding rule, or refuse to be examined or to answer any question other than one which may incriminate him or otherwise impede an Inspector, or any person acting under his directions or orders, in the execution of his duty under the preceding rule.
