Section 70, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

(1) An Inspector may attend and appear at any inquest Theinspector . . . h f h d h f u] . may appear or mqmry mto t e cause o t e eat o any person res tmg at inquests, from an accident in any works and may examine any witness at etc. such inquest or inquiry, subject to the ruling of the Coroner or the District Commissioner, as the case may be, on any matter of law. (2) At least twenty-four hours' notice of such inquest or inquiry shall be given to the Inspector by the Coroner or District Commissioner, as the case may be.
