Section 73, The Machinery (Safe Working Citation

When any person employed in or at any works receivesinjury by reason of his employment, the owner of such works shall be responsible that the injured person be sent to the nearest qualified medical practitioner, or, in the event of the injuries being too serious to permit of the injured person's removal, the nearest qualified medical practitioner shall be sent for. If the injured person is unable to proceed unaided to ~is abode or to a hospital, the owner shall immediately have such person conveyed thereto in the safest and quickest way at the expense of the owner of the works.
