Section 11, The Palm Oil Rules

Any grantee resident in the Colony or Protectorate, or if Penalty forhe be not so resident, then his attorney, who fails to comply ;:%lication. with the requirements of the last preceding section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction before a Magistrate, to a fine not exceeding five pounds for every day on which the offence is committed or continued.
