Section 27, The Arms and Ammunition Citation

A firearm deposited with the Commissioner of Policeunder rules 25 or 26 shall not be given up except- (1} for destruction; (2) to a person who shall obtain a licence to bear such :firearm or his agent; or Voluntary deposit of firearm.
