Section 12, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

In case the applicant shall die, or shall become insolventafter applying for the grant or renewal of a licence and before the licence or renewal licence has been issued, a Liquor Licensing Board may authorise the issue of the licence or renewal licence to the executor, administrator, receiver or trustee, as the case may be, of the estate of such applicant.
