Section 20, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

(1) The grant or refusal of a certificate for the transferof any licence specified in the preceding section to premises other than those specified therein shall be subject to the same rights of objection, and to the same procedure, as are set forth in sections 8, 9 and 10. (2) Every certificate for a transfer of a licence granted by a Liquor Licensing Board shall be in the form set forth in Schedule F, or as near thereto as circumstances permit.
