Section 3, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

For the purposes of this Ordinance there shall beestablished-
(a) a Colony Liquor Licensing Board having jurisdiction
throughout the Colony; and
(b) a District Liquor Licensing Board for each District of
the Protectorate.
