Section 30, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

Any licence holder who suffers any gaming or anyunlawful game to be played on his premises, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding, for the first offence, twenty pounds, and not exceeding, for the second and any subsequent offence, fifty pounds. Any conviction for an offence under this section shaH be recorded on the Register of Licences.
