Section 32, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

Any licence holder who knowingly supplies any person,apparently under the age of sixteen years, with intoxicating
liquor to be consumed on the premises shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction thereof to a fine not
exceeding five pounds.
