Section 35, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

Any person who makes or uses, or allows to be made orused, any internal communication between any licensed premises and unlicensed premises wbich are used for public entertainment or resort or as a refreshment house, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding ten pounds, and a further fine not exceeding one pound for every day during which such communication remains open after an order from a Magistrate to close the same. )...ny conviction for an offence under this section shall be recorded on the Register of Licences.
