Section 38, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

Any licence holder who is convicted of permi-~ting hispremises to be used as a brothel, shall be guilty of an offence
and shall be liable on conviction thereof to a fi1·1e not exceeding
twenty pounds, shall forfeit his licence and shall be disqualified
for life from holding any licence for the sale of intoxicating
liquors.
