Section 5, The Liquor Licensing Short title Ordinance

(1) The Chairman and two other members of a Liquor Procedure. Licensing Board shall constitute a quorum, and in the case of
an equality of votes the Chairman shall have a second or casting
vote.
(2) The sittings of Liquor Licensing Boards shall be open to
the public.
