Any person requiring the services of an officer after Fee~ fordb .c .c h f . l. serVIces 9 p.m. an e1ore 6 a.m. 10r t e purpose o entermg or c earmg between ships on board shall in addition to the fees prescribed in 9 p.m. and regulation 11 pay £1 lOs. Od. per hour or part thereof for every 6 a.m. hour after 9 p.m. until completion.
