Section 123, The Customs Regu- Citation

Every person intending to go on board any aircraft orship that arrives in Sierra Leone shall proceed to such aircraft or ship by the most direct route from one of the places appointed by the Comptroller for the landing of baggage (or, in the case of an· aerodrome, from the place appointed for examination of baggage) unless the proper officer otherwise allows.
