Section 139, The Customs Regu- Citation

The master of any aircraft or ship desiring to take s;~me~t kon board duty-paid stores on drawback or duty-not-paid ~ndraw ac stores from a warehouse shall comply with Part III of the dutiable stores. Fourth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Ordinance, or Part VII Cap. 212. of the regulations as the case may be.
