Rent charges prescribed under this part shall become Rent cha:rgesdue in advance in respect of each rent period: i~~:~~~.rn S.L.-VoL. VIII-27 Measurement for rent. Raising rent charge. Rent on baggage. Addressed packages. may waive rent. Provided that the Comptroller may in his descretion allow payment to be deferred to any time not later than the time of delivery of the goods concerned.
