The Comptroller may by notice in the Gazette require Permissionth t · 1 · 1 1 f • 1 to enter a no aruma or person or no partiCu ar c ass o aruma s or customs persons or no vehicle or particular class of vehicles shall enter areas. or be taken within any Customs area or any specified part thereof except in accordance with and subject to any conditions contained in a permit issued by the proper officer· in respect of the particular area or specified part thereof.
