Section 164, The Customs Regu- Citation

(1) Application for a licence under this part shall Licences.be made in writing by the owner of the boat and such licence shall be in the Form C. 53 and shall expire on the 31st day of December in the year of issue unless earlier revoked as hereunder provided. (2) One licence may be issued in res_pect of all boats belong~g to or in the use of the same owner. Provided that all boats licensed under the Customs laws at the commencement of these regulations shall be deemed to be licensed under these regulations until the 31st day of December next ensuing except in any case .where the licence is earlier revoked.
