Section 3, The Customs Regu- Citation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requitesreferences to regulations and parts are references to theseregulations and to the parts hereof respectively; references to sections are references to sections of the Ordinance; " the Ordinance " means the Customs Ordinance;I " the regulations " means these and any other regulations or rules made under the authority of the Customs laws; "Port of Freetown" means the Port of Freetown as defined by or under section 3 of the Port of Freetown Ordinance.
