Section 48A, The Customs Regu- Citation

Unless the Comptroller otherwise directs, every importermaking entry under regulation 4 7 shall deliver to the proper
officer with his entry a,Delivery Order, Release Note, or other
document, in such form and with so many copies thereof as
may be approved by the Comptroller.
