Section 77, The Customs Regu- Citation

Where a private warehouse does not require the wholetime services of an officer the Comptroller may either divide the charge required to be paid under regulations 75 and 76 between two or more warehouses or may in his discretion arrange for the supervision of such warehouses by officers appointed by him for the purpose for the services of each of whom the warehouse keeper shall pay the sum of five shillings for each hour or part of an hour during which the warehouse is kept open. 78. ·where goods entered to be warehoused are ;removed to a private warehouse the warehouse keeper shall forthwith give .to the proper officer a receipt in such form as such officer requrres.
